Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to request a return once the order has been delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
